Don't Take Your Vitamins In The Dark!
If you take vitamins and other nutritional supplements you may not be aware of this little known and rarely mentioned scientific fact — Much like the process of photosynthesis in plants, the 'full-spectrum of light' is absolutely necessary for natural metabolism and optimum absorption of all vitamins. Research has shown that all ingested foods, meds, vitamins, etc. require a specific (light) wavelength interaction in order to be fully metabolized.
